ORANGE FOX LLC · Foxred
Privacy Policy
Foxred collects personal information only when you choose to send a contact message. The site has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking.
Effective and last updated: September 17, 2026
Controller and scope
ORANGE FOX LLC controls the processing described in this notice and publishes the Foxred portfolio and shared product information. This notice covers foxred.org, including its contact, pricing, refund, blog, newsletter-preview, and project pages.
Product-specific services may provide an additional notice. Read the Danki Privacy Policy or the Magic Caster Privacy Policy for those products.
Contact messages
If you use a Foxred contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. Basic request information, such as IP address, browser information, and submission time, may also be processed to deliver the page, route the form, and prevent abuse.
The form sends the information to Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, which processes and forwards it so ORANGE FOX LLC can receive and answer your request. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Website delivery and security
Vercel hosts Foxred and may process ordinary request and security information, including IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp, response status, and security events, to deliver and protect the site. ORANGE FOX LLC does not use this information to build advertising profiles or track you across other companies' services.
Links to product sites, App Store pages, social networks, and other third-party services are governed by the privacy notices of those services when you choose to visit them.
Purposes and legal bases
ORANGE FOX LLC uses the information described above to:
- receive, route, and answer the request you choose to send;
- provide product, purchase, support, partnership, or business information you request;
- protect the forms and website from spam, fraud, and other abuse;
- operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website; and
- comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, responding to your request relies on taking steps you ask for before a contract or performing a contract when relevant. General questions, support, website security, abuse prevention, and reliable operation rely on legitimate interests. Required records rely on legal obligations or legal claims. Foxred does not require a separate privacy-consent checkbox for processing needed to answer a message you submit.
Retention and deletion
ORANGE FOX LLC retains resulting contact correspondence for no more than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless it is still needed to finish the request, comply with law, resolve a dispute, or preserve a legal claim. Messages kept for those reasons are deleted when the reason ends.
Web3Forms' current privacy notice says form-submission data may be retained for up to three years from submission, or for a shorter period if the applicable plan or earlier deletion provides one. Its server logs are deleted regularly. Vercel retains request and security information according to its hosting configuration and published retention criteria. ORANGE FOX LLC does not keep a separate analytics database about site visitors.
International transfers
ORANGE FOX LLC is based in the United States. Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure that may process submissions in multiple regions. Vercel may process request information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.
Where EU, EEA, UK, or Swiss transfer rules apply, ORANGE FOX LLC relies on an available lawful transfer mechanism. Depending on the provider and transfer, that may include an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK or Swiss extensions, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Addendum. Contact Foxred for information about the safeguard relevant to a particular transfer.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent where consent is the basis; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. ORANGE FOX LLC may need to verify your identity and may retain information when law requires it or when needed for legal claims.
Email support@foxred.org to exercise a right. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. EEA authorities are listed by the European Data Protection Board, and the UK authority is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Your choices and required information
Browsing Foxred does not require you to provide a name, email address, or message. Those fields are required only when you choose to use the contact form because ORANGE FOX LLC needs them to receive and answer the request. If you do not want to use Web3Forms, you may email support@foxred.org directly, subject to your email provider's processing.
Foxred does not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, giving additional notice.
Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@foxred.org.
